My Dream...

I have decided that when I graduate am going to be going to culinary school. I really want to own my own catering business and maybe go into weddings. We will see though. I want to try a couple of things before I decide on my specialty. I'm not really sure where I want to go, but I'm thinking Denver, Arizona, or BYU (I would get my Degree in Food Science there and work for a caterer for a year). What do you think? I would like BYU, but it doesn't offer what I want to do. My mom is saying go to BYU and just try it out for a year... I don't know. I have a whole year to figure it all out. Now I just have to study for my SAT's so I can get into a school. Wish me Luck!!!



A bunch of my friends want me to be the next Rachel Ray. I wouldn't object to it. She is such a great cook and has the best personality for the cooking industry. hahaha. We will see.
