So, I've been meaning to post, but I have just been too busy! Bethanie left yesterday... sad!... so I guess it's now back to my boring old self. Here are some pics we took while Beth was here. I'm going to post more later, but these are pictures from hanging out in town, and then in London.
LOVE YOU BETH!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR COMING!!!
then to a movie. It was so much fun!!
At Amy's.
Beth and her Herbal Tea.. it was very yummy!
Anja and Beth
The timing just wasn't right...
This picture was actually at the end of a HUGE BOAT that was in the harbor. Pretty sure sitting on it without permission was illegal, but oh well.
Kasen, Anja, and Beth
awww.
Coloring and listening to music on the flight!
So the caption that goes with this is, "OH MY GOSH!! WE ARE IN LONDON!"
Our train to get into the city took about 45 minutes from the Gatwick airport..
The first day we were there was absolutely beautiful! It was sunny and we even got to see the queen! yes, the queen. The Mexican President came for a State visit and she went out to meet him. Obama and his wife were also there when we were, but we didn't get to see them.
waiting for the queen.. yes... we did see her! WHO CAN SAY THAT!??!
Those telephone boxes are the funnest things ever! I've only ever seen them on movies.
Best Friends! :D
Big Ben
Had To Go To Harrods! For those of you that don't know. It is where the Queen shops and is pretty much all designer brand stores.. SO COOL! I baught a MAC eyeliner...cause that was all I could afford... Next time I go, I'll buy something better... maybe a Burberry Bag...

On the "tube"
MIND THE GAP was our favorite saying... it's just so British! They say it because there is a small space in between the train and the platform... so.. mind the gap..
We got to go down into the old moat and help with the catapult. It is the only working one in the world! It was so fun to launch water balloons. :D
These are the really cool iron soldiers at the tops of all the towers. I could be one.. just look at my mean face... WATCH OUT!!
Trying on hats at the Tower of London. We took a tour of this and it was actually really cool. The "Beef Eaters" took us around, and told us the history. SO FUN!!!
We went to the musical "WICKED" one of the nights we were there. I've seen it before and absolutely LOVE it! These are our hot shoes for the night out. Mine are the red ones. The play is amazing, and so are the songs. I definitely recommend seeing it. We were going to go see "LION KING" as well, but we ran out of time. Maybe next time!
I can't really explain this picture... we just decided to be stupid... There are so many other pictures and videos that I'll post later... :P
We aren't very good at the mirror pics. Don't you just love our
"Super Moose of Norway" shirts?? WE DO!!!!

We are so strong! grrr!! These were taken in the Winston Churchill Museum, which was very interesting. He was a HUGE role model for everyone in Britain during the second World War.
MIND THE GAP was our favorite saying... it's just so British! They say it because there is a small space in between the train and the platform... so.. mind the gap..
Our Hotel was so cute! It was tiny, but very well kept and it was right by Victoria Train Station which was very close to Buckingham Palace and easy walking distance from all the other tourist sights, like the London Eye, and Big Ben, and the Theatre.. ect.
